1. Ideal payment
If you pay with iDEAL, you pay via the online banking environment of your own bank. You can use iDeal directly if you bank online at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers. After choosing iDEAL on the payment page of the webshop, log in to your own bank with your username and password (ING) or card reader/token (other banks).
If you are logged in, all you have to do is confirm the payment. The details (such as the amount and account number of the webshop) of your order are already filled in. You pay in the same way as with internet banking. So with a TAN code (ING) or the code generated by your card reader.
2. Bancontact / Mistercash
Bancontact / Mister cash is the best known payment option in Belgium. From here you can place orders online through all major banks.
At the check-out screen, under the heading 'select payment method' , you choose the option 'Direct checkout with Bancontact'. You will then be asked to fill in some details of your payment card.
The card number is the number from 16 to 19 digits. You may enter this without spaces.
The expiration date of the card (in 2-digit increments)
The name of the cardholder (in capital letters)
These are then encrypted and you go through the security procedure. this consists of an electronic signature with your digipas.
You can pay with us both with mastercard and Visa. Once you have chosen one of these options, you will be redirected to the Multisafe environment, where you can enter your card data. Attention: For Visa and Mastercard you pay 1,85% of the purchase amount extra.
3. Klarna - Pay later
Klarna gives you the option to pay for your online order afterwards. You can pay for your order via Klarna up to 14 days after delivery. Within a week you will receive your invoice from Klarna via the specified e-mail address. You can then easily pay this by bank transfer or iDEAL.
As soon as you choose to pay afterwards via Klarna, a check is done to see if you can order for the chosen amount. This check looks at three factors, namely: your payment history, the amount and in some cases external information from a credit bureau. It is a combination of factors that determines whether the purchase can be approved.
Are you unable to place the order with Klarna?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the payment via Klarna does not work. Are you getting an error message? Or is the payment not completed afterwards? Klarna checks in real time whether or not an order can be placed. If a post payment is not accepted by Klarna, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrectly entered address details.
- Too high an amount to use Klarna.
- Pay afterwards for the first time via Klarna. Klarna recommends that you choose a low amount when you order for the first time with postpay. As you order with Klarna more often, your order history grows and this can eventually cause your credit to go up.
Xiart unfortunately has no influence on approvals through Klarna. We therefore recommend that you contact Klarna. You can of course also choose one of our other payment methods.
Worldwide, PayPal is a popular and widely used method of online payment. Via a personal (and free) account you can pay directly online with us via credit card, bank transfer or the PayPal balance. This can also be done from a mobile phone or tablet and without entering bank or credit card details.
